The Boilermakers signed Indiana native Brody Baumann to a national letter of intent Wednesday, inking a key piece of the future of the room. Ersland talks about why Baumann is such a great fit for the program, both in wrestling and culture, and why recruiting has been a different place over the last six months. 
 
Purdue got 2021-22 off to a 2-0 start over the weekend, earning wins at Drexel and Rider. Ersland breaks down the various matches and pieces of the trip and how the Boilermakers look to benefit from the experience come the postseason.
